Nina, I love my flow states. It also doesn't have to be so difficult and also it isn't a thing that you need to pursue. Once you are in a flow state, it becomes effortlessly to achieve things.

I’d get into a flow state when I played video games competitively.Four hours felt like nothing (and this isn’t even an exaggeration). But all that focus was just a waste of precious time, because video games provide nothing.Nina Bremer

Optimising and integrating the mind and body is key. A lot of the time, we can be so distracted by our pursuits that we become disconnected from our bodies. And when this happens, it's almost impossible to find that flow.

I can definitely relate to being in the flow and making a lot of progress, although maybe not a week's worth, Nina Bremer! 😁 It's definitely possible to implement the right actions and pull the right levers to be more productive and fulfilled, though!

We've ALL had those flow states! They're amazing, but the key is finding ways to replicate them more often. Love that your program focuses on optimizing body and mind - that's where true, sustainable productivity comes from.

Sometimes I put immense pressure on myselfNot because the situation demands it ...... but simply because I hold myself to an extremely high standard And while there are upsides to this → High quality of Work→ Great Reputation→ Achievements There are also huge downsides→ Constant Stress→ Procrastination → OverthinkingI used to wear these high standards as a badge of honor in the past 🎖️But in reality, these high standards have been holding me backThey've become a shield I hide behindConvincing myself that perfection is the only path to successThis mindset has led to burnout, paralyzed my progress And sometimes even prevented me from taking risks Or seizing opportunitiesHigh standards can drive excellenceBut they shouldn't stifle growth or happinessNow I'm finding a balance where ambition meets well-beingAnd progress is celebrated over perfectionWhere are you on this journey? 👉🏻 Follow Nina for more insides to stay sane while building your business

4 Mental Traps That Kill ProductivityEven the most organized and driven individuals can fall into mental traps that sabotage their productivity. Here are four common mental traps that can derail your efficiency and how to avoid them.1. Perfectionism 🛑→ Trap: The belief that everything must be perfect before it can be considered complete. This leads to excessive time spent on tasks, constant revisions, and never feeling satisfied with the results.→ Solution: Embrace the concept of “good enough.” Set clear standards for quality, but recognize that perfection is unattainable. Aim for progress over perfection.2. Overthinking 🤔→ Trap: Spending too much time analyzing and contemplating decisions can lead to paralysis by analysis. This often results in delayed actions and missed opportunities.→ Solution: Set time limits for decision-making. Break decisions into smaller, manageable parts and take incremental steps. Trust your instincts and past experiences to guide you rather than seeking endless information.3. Multitasking 🔀→ Trap: The myth that juggling multiple tasks simultaneously is more efficient. In reality, multitasking divides your attention, reduces the quality of your work, and increases the time taken to complete tasks.→ Solution: Practice single-tasking. Focus on one task at a time, complete it, and then move on to the next. Use techniques like time-blocking to allocate specific periods for individual tasks, enhancing concentration and efficiency.4. Procrastination ⏳→ Trap: Delaying tasks that seem difficult or unpleasant, often in favor of more enjoyable or easier activities. This can lead to last-minute rushes and increased stress.→ Solution: Break tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique to work in short, focused intervals with breaks in between. Reward yourself for completing tasks to build positive reinforcement.👉🏻 Follow Nina for more techniques to stay sane while building your business
